Introduction

Parlaví is a writing-voice service that helps you restyle AI-generated text to match your personal style. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data gathered through the Parlaví web application and API. By using Parlaví you agree to the practices described here.

Data We Collect

  • Account information — your name and email address, obtained from your OAuth provider (e.g. Google) when you sign in.
  • Writing samples — text you submit to build or update your style profile.
  • Style profiles — structured representations of your writing style generated from your samples.
  • Usage data — API call counts, restyle counts, and feature interactions used for billing and product improvement.
  • Log data — standard server request metadata (timestamps, routes, response codes). Request body content is never stored in logs.

How We Use Your Data

  • To generate and store your personal style profile so you can restyle text on any device.
  • To improve our style-extraction models using aggregated, anonymised signals — never linked back to your identity.
  • For billing and account management, including communicating with you about your subscription.

Data Retention

Your style profile is stored until you choose to delete it from the dashboard. Writing samples you submit are processed to extract style features and are not retained in raw form after extraction is complete. Log data is retained for up to 90 days for operational purposes.

Your Rights

You may delete your style profile at any time from the Profile section of your dashboard. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of any other data we hold about you, contact us at privacy@parlavi.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

Parlaví relies on the following third-party infrastructure providers. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

  • Neon — cloud PostgreSQL database that stores your account and style profile data.
  • Vercel — application hosting and edge network.
  • Stripe — payment processing. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Modal — serverless inference infrastructure used to run style extraction and restyling models.

We do not use advertising networks or third-party analytics SDKs.
